Osman Altek graduated from Koç University Law School and joined Erçin Bilgin Bektaşoğlu Law Firm in 2020. He was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2021. He is a part of Dilek Bektaşoğlu Sanlı's team and specialises in insurance and transport law.

He assists clients on policy-related matters such as claims handling and recovery processes across various lines of business, with a particular focus on liability insurance matters. He represents national and international clients, including reinsurers, underwriters, brokers as well as shipyards and cargo interests.
