Senior Associate

Oğuzcan is in Burcu Bilgin’s team. He has a strong background in wet and dry shipping, insurance, CMR and international sales. He also assists his clients in corporate and customs matters.

On shipping side, he handles marine insurance matters, ship sales and purchases, ship financing, ship building and repair contracts, ship engine sales, cargo claims and general average. He also assists his clients for drafting and negotiating charterparties. He has particular experience advising on insurance coverages including BBB polices, manufacturer liability policies and cargo insurances.

He is a strong litigator with a vast experience and has been appointed by from wide range of Clientele including shipowners, P&I Clubs, insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers, marine product suppliers, manufacturers, yacht marinas, road carriers, freight forwarders, importers, exporters and also foreign leading law firms in various complex disputes.
